Aroma therapy Massage

The beautiful art of Aroma therapy massage combines the healing properties of essential oils with massage to help you find tranquility, restore harmony, and enhance your sense of vitality.

Hot stone massage

This form of bodywork utilizes heated stones to relax and ease tension and stress through the mind and body. Massage is done with the stones, penetrating the musculature with heat, releasing stiffness and soreness.

Swedish/Esalen

Great for relaxing tense, tired muscles, this gentle massage of the muscular and soft tissues utilizes long flowing and kneading strokes.

Deep Tissue Massage

This type of massage eliminates knots, locked up areas, and emotional blocks in the body due to prolonged stress. It includes various leverage techniques and kneading, for a very firm massage.

Sports Massage

A popular technique tailored to release deep-seated tension blocks. This massage involves kneading the knots within the muscles to unwind and straighten them. It increases blood flow to help recovery, improves range of motion and strengthen injured muscles, and accelerates gains in muscle strength.

Reflexology

The hands and feet have an abundance of nerve ending which connect to every organ in the body. This treatment is designed to dissolve blocked energy flow and relax the entire body.

Acupressure

Acupressure massage is a safe and effective way to reduce such common stress related disorders such as headaches, ulcers, cramps, and insomnia by triggering the bodyÕs natural self-healing abilities. Each Acupressure session does not require removing your clothes. During a session your Acupressure Therapist, Chelsea, will use a variety of techniques covering most of the body. Although the touch tends to be light the work is quite intense. See brochure.

Neuromuscular reprogramming

NeuroMuscular Reprogramming, is an approach to structural bodywork that engages the motor control center in the brain to rewrite the motor programs governing coordinated movement.
