The Harbor Bay Club offers a variety of classes each week and special workshops throughout the year. Yoga, Stretch, T'ai Chi Chih, and Pilates Mat classes are free to our members and offered throughout the week. Private Pilates sessions and Pilates Small Group Reformer classes are offered for a fee and are available to members and non-members. Mind/Body fitness has benefits for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs enhancing holistic health and fitness.
Free Reformer Demo Class to students who are new to the Pilates Reformer
July 24th from 1:45-2:45pm
During this free Reformer Demo a maximum of ten students will have the opportunity to experience a Pilates Reformer workout. Instructor, Christine Naish, will guide participants through a series of reformer exercises, allowing them to gain a very basic understanding of Pilates Reformer exercises and to experience the benefits of our Small Group Reformer classes. Participants will receive a coupon for 10% off their first private Pilates session.
The Harbor Bay Club is proud to offer Pilates Reformer training in both private and small group sessions with highly trained certified Pilates Instructors. Our Small Group Reformer classes provide an affordable way to gain the benefits of the work performed on the Pilates Reformer. With focused attention and guidance from our qualified instructors, Pilates provides a gentle, yet challenging way to strengthen and lengthen your body.
Pilates Mat Classes are offered throughout the week and are free to members. Pilates Small Group Reformer classes are offered weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings for a fee and are open to members and non-members.
Before joining any of our Small Group or Restorative Reformer classes, new students are required to first schedule at least one private Pilates session with one of our instructors.
