The Harbor Bay Club offers a offers a variety of classes each week and special workshops through out the year. Yoga, Stretch, T'ai Chi Chih, and Pilates are free to our members and offered throughout the week. Private sessions are offered for a fee and are available to members and nonmembers. Mind/Body fitness has benefits for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs enhancing holistic health and fitness.

Semiprivate and Group Pilates

The Harbor Bay Club is one of the few facilities in the Bay Area offering semiprivate and pilates reformer classes. Reap the benifits of a private session with up to four other people. If you are looking for a gentle, yet challenging way to strengthen and lengthen your body. Pilates classes may be for you. NEW YOGA CLASS!

oin HBC Yoga instructor Carl Babcock in Vinyasa Yoga Thursday Evenings 8:00-9:30pm. Carl brings his training in Astanga Yoga to you with more vigorous approach to yoga. Smoothly flow from one yoga asana (posture) to another in this active yoga class. The emphasis is on the breath, as well as alignment, as you move between asanas. Be prepared to sweat, be invigorated, and at peace.
