General Manager

Hi I'm Lisa Franzel the General Manager of the Harbor Bay Club. I would like to welcome you to our wonderful sports facility. I am constantly seeking new ways to improve our facility not only to maintain it's high quality but to also make sure we are on the cutting edge of the fitness world. My specialty is to find new ways to improve any business.

My philosophy is not only to run the Club but to be a part of it as well. In order to get an insiders view, I involve myself in many of the programs we offer. Getting involved in the programs at the Harbor Bay Club allows me get a better feel for what improvements can be made. This is just one of the extra steps I feel is necessary to ensure the highest quality.

I would love to hear your suggestions and opinions. I have always felt the input of members is one of the most important necessities in running a world class fitness facility. Once again I would like to welcome you to the Harbor Bay Club.
