Welcome to the Harbor Bay Club Fitness Department. The Fitness Staff is pleased to help you get started on your way to achieving your fitness goals. Our certified fitness trainers will help you design a workout program that incorporates our Cybex training equipment, free weights, or a combination of both. Also, we will establish a target heart rate for Cardiovascular Exercise. We offer personal Trainers to customize workout programs on an individual basis. Personal Training can benefit anyone. It’s perfect for those individuals who have tried to lose weight or improve their fitness levels but need motivation or additional knowl- edge necessary to go about it safely. Per- sonal Training can enhance the ability to form healthy habits by creating routine times for exercise. Y ou will learn proper form and biomechanics which you can apply to activities in other areas of your life.
