The Group Exercise Department offers a wide range of energizing classes. Some of our more popular classes include: Kickboxing, Body Worx, Indoor Group Cycling, and Aqua Aerobics just to name a few. Aerobics Classes are designed to target the Cardiovascular. These classes are perfect for anyone looking to get in shape and have fun at the same time. The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. FREE CLASS for Members.
A cardio class involving multiple cardio segments using different pieces of equipment, including stability balls, step benches, gliding discs and more! Each new song is a new segment, you’ll do a little of everything from kickboxing to high-impact aerobics...and most importantly you’ll have a BLAST!!!
